Digital Activity
Digital Activity provides a complete view of the actual use of the organization's devices, allowing analysis of how, when, and for what they are used.
Through this functionality, it is possible to measure:
- The time devices remain on
- The duration of user sessions
- User uptime
- The use of key applications and business processes
This information allows identifying usage patterns, detecting inefficiencies (such as devices turned on without use), and optimizing technological resource management.
Digital Activity helps improve operational efficiency, ensure devices are used according to corporate purposes, and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Available only for users with the role Organization Administrator.
- Currently supported on devices with Windows operating system.
Activation
To use the functionality, access must be enabled from the organization's settings:

Access
Portal. -
In the sidebar menu click on
Settings->Organization. -
Select the
Productstab. -
In the table, click
View Detailon the corresponding environment.

Activate
Digital Activity.
When activating the functionality:
- The Digital Activity section will appear in the Portal menu.
- If activated in a main organization, it will also be enabled automatically in its suborganizations.
